Rex Carriers are built with a 100% polycarbonate shell and reinforced with an anodised aluminum frame and corner guards. The wheels are made from high-strength silicone-urethane for smooth, quiet, and durable performance.

The silicone-urethane double wheels are engineered for long-lasting durability. They glide smoothly, reduce noise, and handle rougher terrain with ease and perfect for airports, hotels, and city streets.

Biggie come in three sizes:

• 20” Carry-On – lightweight and cabin-friendly (airline dependent)
• 24” Medium – spacious check-in size
• 28” Large – maximum capacity for long trips

Our luggages are available in Pearl White, Midnight Grey, and Titanium Silver — modern colours that match any style.

They all do. Here’s the story:The Carry-On is sized at 21.7" x 14.4" x 9" and fits in (almost) any overhead bin. If you’re concerned about the fit, please reach out to your airline to confirm their accepted dimensions before traveling.

If you pick express delivery it will arrive within 2 business days. Standard delivery will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

All our products feature a TSA-approved lock. This allows airport security to open your luggage with a master key during inspections, preventing your carrier from being cut or damaged.

Here’s how to set the combination lock for any Rex.With the dials set to 0-0-0, push in the reset button with a pen or pointed object until it clicks. (The reset button is located on the side of the clasp, above the number dials.)Roll the digits to the combination of your choice.Use your finger to press the circular button in the middle of the latch. The reset button will pop back out, the clasp will open, and your combination will be set.To open the suitcase, roll the digits to your combination and push the circular button. (The keyhole is just for TSA use.)Make sure to set the combination for both locks.Please note that once you set your locks, no one else will know how to get in your bag—and that includes us. We suggest emailing the combo to yourself, tucking it into your passport, or saving it under a contact in your phone—anything to make sure you don’t lock yourself out.

You can click on the link you received in your original gift card email. Alternatively, when placing and order online, you can enter the gift card number at checkout which will display the remaining balance before completing the order.

Biggie gift cards are redeemable online at biggietravel.com. All you've to do is enter the 19-digit card number in the payment step during checkout. We are unable to trace or refund lost gift cards, so be sure to keep yours somewhere safe. Biggie is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
